CREAMY BEEF AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
1/4 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons margarine 2 tablespoons flour 2 cups milk 1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz.) Kraft Grated Romano Cheese 2 cups hot cooked rice 1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked, drained
Saute onion in margarine.
Blend in flour. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in cheese. Add rice, meat and vegetables; mix lightly. Pour into 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
