TABASCO SCRAMBLED EGGS

1 dozen eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Breakfast sausage links, cooked (for serving)

Beat eggs with milk, salt, and Tabasco sauce until well combined.

Melt butter or margarine in large skillet; pour in egg mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring bottom and sides as eggs become firm. Continue until eggs are thick and creamy.

Serve immediately with link sausage.

Makes 6 servings
