TEXAS BARBECUED CHICKEN

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Mazola corn oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon catsup
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Mix together vinegar, corn oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, paprika, catsup, hot pepper sauce and mustard. Let stand at least 3 hours.

Brush chicken with sauce. Broil or grill 5 to 6 inches from source of heat, basting with sauce and turning frequently, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and well browned.
