MACARONI TUNA GARDEN SALAD
1 (7-ounce) package or 2 cups uncooked Creamettes Elbow Macaroni, cooked as package directs, rinsed and drained 1 large firm tomato, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups) 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 (12-ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup bottled Italian dressing 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 teaspoon dill weed 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper Lettuce (optional, for serving) Hard boiled egg (optional, for serving)
In large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, tomato, cucumber, celery, onions, green pepper and tuna; mix well.
In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Add to macaroni mixture; mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve on lettuce garnished with hard- cooked egg if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
